We are thrilled to share some exciting news from this year’s Regional UIL competition!
Our talented students—Arianna Delgado, Julieanne Flores, and Roberto Gutierrez—competed fiercely at this year's Regional Meet and proudly represented our school. Their dedication, hard work, and passion for journalism were truly on display, and they raised our school name to another level.
A special congratulations goes to Arianna Delgado for her outstanding individual achievements. Arianna placed 4th in News Writing, earning the honor of being a 1st State Alternate, and 2nd in Editorial Writing, securing her spot as a State Finalist.
Even more exciting, Arianna will be the first student in over 15 years to represent Valley View in an academic competition at the state level—a truly historic moment for our school community!
