The Texas A&M University Higher Education Center at McAllen (HECM) invites prospective students and families to Aggieland Saturday in the Rio Grande Valley on Saturday, Feb. 14, 2026, from 9 a.m. to noon. The event takes place each spring and fall semester, to serve as an open house for the community to:
● Explore 10 undergraduate degree programs
● Tour the state-of-the-art facility
● Connect with world-class faculty and staff
● Discover scholarships and financial aid
● Learn how to begin the application process.
The admissions deadline for the Texas A&M University Higher Education Center is March 1, 2026.
Guests are encouraged to register at tx.ag/AggielandSaturdayRGV. The Open House will take place at the Texas A&M University Higher Education Center at McAllen at 6200 Tres Lagos Blvd., McAllen, TX 78504.
