Accessing the Online Transition and Employment Guide
The Transition and Employment Guide provides information for students who may have received special education services due to a disability. It also provides helpful information for parents. This guide has steps to help guide students to find the right employment or educational options after high school. It has information about where to find the services students need after high school.  At the end of each section and guide, there is a timeline of steps that students and their parents can used to transition from student to adult.
