Valley View ISD families, the Texas Education Agency’s Parent Access to Supplemental Supports (PASS) program is now accepting applications!
PASS is available to eligible students who are currently in 4th grade and received a “Did Not Meet Grade Level” score on the 3rd Grade Reading Language Arts STAAR assessment in Spring 2026. Eligible families can receive a $400 PASS account to purchase approved literacy tutoring services.
Tutoring options may include in-person tutoring, virtual tutoring, and approved educators such as TIA-designated teachers. Parents select from approved PASS tutoring providers.
