Valley View ISD's Teacher Incentive Allotment (TIA) designations for the 2025-2026 school year have been officially approved by the Texas Education Agency. This year, we achieved 53 approved TIA designations, meaning that 63% of our eligible teachers now hold these important recognitions. We are especially proud of the 40 new designations awarded to our dedicated educators.
